On November 24th, to further learn, publicize and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, improve the theory quality and business level of its Trade Union cadres, and better adapt to the new situations and new mission requirements, MCCE held the 2017 Company Trade Union Cadres Training Class. Lasting for two days, it was divided into centralized learning and internet platform self-study ways, and attended by over 120 people including all secondary company Trade Union chairmen, vice-chairmen, fund audit directors, fund audit cadres, female labor directors, Trade Union financial staff and other Trade Union cadres.
At the opening ceremony, MCCE Labor Union Vice-Chairman Wu Shaowen required the participants to cherish this learning and training opportunity, obtain and use what they learn, continuously enhance the Labor Union’s work performance ability, consciously integrate into the enterprise’s central service and development, explore learning and training ways through the combination of centralized learning & training and internet platform self-study, broaden their work thought, put the requirements of their superiors into practice and enhance the rectification of problems found during inspections by their superiors.
Chongqing Traffic Construction Trade Union Chairman Wen Zhongbing and Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions Finance Department Deputy Director Yang Song were invited to specifically explain in profound and simple language the Implementing New Thoughts, Making New Achievements, and Deeply Knowing about and Gradually Meeting Employees and Workers’ New Expectations in the New Era and Trade Union Finance Management Tutorship respectively. The company’s internet learning platform released two lessons: Standardization Construction for Staff Homes and Security Knowledge of Mutual Help Between Staff Members to enrich their learning and training ways. They ended their lectures with examinations on the platform. The trainees said that this training course had abundant contents and they obtained a great deal; they will further improve their Trade Union working ways and methods in their future work, and make contributions to the company’s Trade Union work and innovative development.
