On the afternoon of June 22nd, in honor of the 97th Anniversary of the Party, in order to lead many youths to make contributions to the great rejuvenation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, MCC20 Group’s Apollo Future Industry Town Promotion Area Infrastructure Project Management Department and Party Branch held a basketball match themed “Party Members’ Co-Building and Pursuing Chinese Dream” with the Sub-Committee of the owner, Shenzhen Longgang Information Channel Co., Ltd.
Through one nervous, intense and gripping play after another, the Apollo Party Branch Representative Team, jointly composed by Apollo and the Baolong Project Department, won victory in the basketball match with a score of 86:75. This was a match characterized by freely sweating and gathering strength in youth. We harvest not only victory but also teammates fighting side by side and companions cheering for us. The match also reinforced friendly bonds with the owner by making friends through basketball and conveying emotion through sport. Since the establishment of the “Party Member Pioneer Demonstration Post” on March 17th, 2018, the MCC20 Apollo Party Branch and Owner Party Branch have jointly carried out such activities as Party member volunteering, Party member responsibility area, environment renovation, competitive mountain climbing and a series of other Party building and league construction activities, enabling the employees of both sides to enhance their communication in work and life, and strengthening the cohesion and fighting capacity of the Apollo Project’s staff.
As General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized at the Party’s 19th National Congress, “A country is prosperous if it has prosperous young people and a country is strong if it has strong young people. If the young generation has lofty ideals that it is capable of undertaking, then that country will have a bright future and hopeful people.” The Chinese Dream belongs to our generation, the younger generation. As young people, we should not only have lofty ideals but also down-to-earth diligence, convert struggling and sweating on the court into strength, and be wholehearted on the road to realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
