From November 19th to 20th, CNAS appointed an expert group to supervise and review the laboratory of CTMCC's Xinbin Company.
According to the requirements of (CNAS-CL01:2006) Accreditation Criteria for the Competency of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and other relevant rule documents, the review experts focused on reviewing the conformity of the quality system document and quality management system operation, and the conditions of competency verification; affirming the approved project parameters, and randomly inspecting the original records and inspection reports of tests; inspecting the apparatus and personnel technology archives of related projects; and checking the comprehensive technical abilities of the inspectors, such as operation ability, accuracy and reliability of data processing and report issuing, etc.
After the two-day field inspection and examination, the review group agreed that the company’s test center has a clear organizational structure as well as scientific and precise work procedures, and the personnel ability and facility environment meet the requirements. The experts agreed that the Xinbin Company's laboratory has a satisfactory management system, guaranteed quality and high technical ability, enabling it to operate effectively. At the same time, the expert group put forward some constructive suggestions for promoting the laboratory's technical ability verification, quality supervision and monitoring, etc.
This supervision and review constituted the first field supervision and review of CTMCC's Xinbin Company following its approval in December 2015. The company passed the regular supervision and review of the CNAS review group, marking the obvious progress of its laboratory construction and inspection levels.
