On the afternoon of March 3, Chen Jianguang, Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC, and Chairman of MCC and China MCC, led a team to inspect the Shanghai Baoye resettlement building project located in New City Area, Mentougou District, Beijing. Chen Jianguang went deep into the project construction site to learn more about the project construction progress, safe production, project quality, labor management, etc., held an on-site investigation symposium to listen to special reports on project construction, and put forward four requirements for follow-up work.
I. Attach importance to safe production and further reinforce the defense line for safe production. We should strictly implement various safe production management systems and comprehensively investigate potential safety hazards in projects under construction; we should solidly carry out the construction of risk management for safe production and standardization and vigorously promote the solidification of behavior norms for safe production; we should give full play to the advantages of "small projects and large synergy" and gather the overall efforts of MCC to create a model of project collaboration; we should optimize the staffing of the project team, enhance the team stability and stimulate the team potential.
II. Enhance quality awareness and further practice the people-centered development thinking. We should grasp the quality work with firm determination and confidence and continuously improve the quality level of projects; we should pursue quality of excellence and strictly control the quality of projects from the details; we should strengthen the construction of the project quality management system and put the project quality control in place.
III. Strengthen project performance and further expand the Beijing market. We should complete projects under construction in the capital area with a high sense of mission and responsibility to win customer recognition with high-quality project performance and achieve the effect of "site recycles market;" we should show a good project image in construction, standardize the application of brand logo, and reasonably display corporate culture to build a brand with high-quality projects and craftsman spirits, and spread a brand with a good reputation.
