Chen Jianguang Investigates Work on "Growth Stabilizing, Anti-epidemic and Safety Maintaining" at CERI

  On the afternoon of October 18, Chen Jianguang, Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC, and Chairman of MCC and China MCC, visited CERI to investigate and guide the work, held a leading group symposium, listened to the special work report on "growth stabilizing, anti-epidemic and safety maintaining", affirmed the achievements of the steady development of CERI in recent years, and put forward clear requirements for the future work.

  First, maintain strategic focus. Strengthen strategic thinking, and formulate executable, operable, and promotable path measures on the basis of clear strategic target positioning and clear planning of business structure. Keep the strategic focus, further promote the implementation of the strategic plan, and adjust the operating strategy in time according to the development and changes of the situation, so as to achieve the successful completion of all production and operation tasks and indicators throughout the year.

  Second, strengthen the management foundation. Pay close attention to the fundamental management work and take it as a strong support for the implementation of strategy and further consolidate the achievements of transformation and upgrading development to promote corporate stability. Continuously improve and perfect the management system and scientifically and reasonably allocate various resources to promote the company to "keep lean and fit" and improve quality and efficiency. Strengthen the construction of standardization, informatization, and digitalization and explore the business model of "cloud supervision" with modern cutting-edge technology, so as to systematically improve the fundamental management work.

  Third, lead the cadre team well. Establish a constraint and incentive mechanism with clear rewards and punishment, a scientific and reasonable income growth mechanism, and a fair and rigorous performance evaluation mechanism, and focus on training of the backbone talent team to improve the professional quality of employees. Vigorously create a fair and just environment for employee growth and comprehensively use the methods of "keep an employee with income, friendship, and career" to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of young employees.

  Fourth, adhere to the guidance of Party building. Resolutely implement the principle of "adhering to the Party"s leadership over state-owned enterprises is a major political principle, and establishing a modern enterprise system is the direction of state-owned enterprise reform" and constantly improve political judgment, political understanding, and political execution, so as to effectively enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organization. Unswervingly strengthen party building, fully carry forward the fine tradition of "building party branches on projects", and carry out "party building+" in depth to promote the high-quality development of the company with high-quality party building.
