On December 15, the fourth China-CEEC (Cangzhou) SME Cooperation Forum, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC and the People"s Government of Hebei Province, opened in Cangzhou. Ni Yuefeng, Secretary of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, announced the opening of the forum via video. Wang Zhengpu, Deputy Secretary of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hebei Province, Deng Li, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PRC, Xu Xiaolan, Deputy Minister of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, and other Chinese and foreign guests delivered speeches via video. Hu Qisheng, Deputy Governor of Hebei Province, presided over the opening ceremony. Chen Jianguang, Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC, and Chairman of MCC and China MCC, attended the opening ceremony on invitation via video.
With the theme of "new opportunities for China-EU cooperation and new future for SMEs", and the China-CEEC Cooperation Secretariat as the supporting unit, this forum aims to promote practical cooperation between China and CEEC in many fields. It will release research results and procurement lists, launch the action plan of "Central Enterprise Procurement+International Cooperation", and hold a series of activities such as key project signing and keynote forum.
