On December 28, China MCC5 Group Corp. Ltd. won the Bidding of the 89-mu talent apartment project in Wuhou District, Chengdu.
The project is located in Group 1 and 2 of Chuanxiying Community and Group 4 of Jiulong Community, Jinhuaqiao Sub-district, Wuhou District, Chengdu, with a floor area of 59,407.55 square meters and a building area covered by the plot ratio of no more than 89,111 square meters. Using the land as the class II residential land, the project is planned to be completed within some 1,000 calendar days.
As part of Chengdu's efforts to strengthen the city with talent, the project will further improve the service system of talent apartments, help create a better ecological environment in Wuhou District for the development of talent, attract and retain high-level talent from different fields and sectors to develop in Chengdu, accelerate the talent gathering and exchanges, and advance the people-city-industry coordinated development and cluster development.
