On July 22, Chen Jianguang, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC and Chairman of MCC, visited Zheng Jianxin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and Mayor of Changsha. MCC and Changsha have a deep relationship of cooperation and a good foundation for cooperation. He said that as the capital of Hunan Province and a new first-tier city, Changsha will be comprehensively built into an important national advanced manufacturing center, a national scientific and technological innovation center, an international cultural and creative center, a regional international consumption center, a leading city for reform and opening-up in inland areas, a national comprehensive transportation hub city, and a livable and comfortable city during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. That is how Changsha continues to promote the high-quality development of the open economy. MCC has strong comprehensive strength and obvious development advantages. It has participated in many major projects in Changsha and enjoyed a good reputation.
