On June 26th, 2015, MCC’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Year of 2014 was successfully held in Beijing. Zhang Zhaoxiang, President of MCC, presided over the meeting. Shareholders of the Company, Directors, Supervisors, management and investors from HK ZhongCai Finance ltd. and other institutions attended the meeting. Ten proposals including “Work Report of the Board of MCC for the year 2014” were reviewed and approved while “2014 performance report by the independent non-executive Directors” was received at the meeting.
During the meeting, President Zhang Zhaoxiang firstly expressed sincere gratitude to the shareholders for their long-term support to MCC; and afterwards, President Zhang Zhaoxiang, Vice Presidents Zhang Mengxing and Xiao Xuewen conducted detailed communication concerning the company’s status in terms of newly concluded contracts, overseas mining operation, property development, market expansion under “One Belt, One Road”, and the construction of a national metallurgical team.
President Zhang expressed that, MCC has been on the path to sustainable development. The Company will continue to enhance market expansion, focus on strengthening the “non-steel” project business and “One Belt, One Road” overseas markets expansion, striving to reward shareholders with greater results.
