On Octomeber 15th, 2015, MCC’s 2015 Second Extraordinary General Meeting, the 2015 First A Shareholders’ Class Meeting and the 2015 First H Shareholders’ Class Meeting was successfully held in Beijing. Zhang Zhaoxiang, President of MCC, presided over the meeting. 13 proposals including “non-public issuance of A Shares of the Company” were reviewed and approved .
During the meeting, President Zhang Zhaoxiang firstly expressed sincere gratitude to the shareholders for their long-term support to MCC; and afterwards, President Zhang Zhaoxiang and the rest of the management conducted detailed discussion concerning the company’s status in terms of market expansion, non-public issuance and building MCC into a “National Team”, a world-class metallurgical construction and operation service provider, and so to create new value for shareholders.
